3D Dot Game Heroes comes out in a little more than a month on the PS3 for $39.99. The game looks to be a very clever homage to The Legend of Zelda and other old-school video games. This makes me rather excited for it, having grown up with those games. To draw attention to the budget title, SouthPeak Interactive has launched a new trailer for the game. Another DLC pack for the PS3 exclusive that continues to be popular.

Yakuza 3 was originally never going to be released in America. Minds have been changed, and it's going to be released in America on March 9, and in Europe March 12. But you can grab the demo from Playstation Network now.

It took a little longer than I personally suspected but the Intro cinematic to the upcoming Heavy Rain has been leaked. Commonly you'd see a spoiler warning on things like this but in all honesty, it's not required. The intro fits rather well I suppose. It's nothing more than people living their lives; It's raining.  That's all there is to it.

Heavy Rain is, without a doubt, the game I'm most looking forward to playing this year. Rain was created by the team that gave the world Indigo Prophecy (If you haven't played Indigo Prophecy, do yourself a favor and go buy it on Steam now!). Heavy Rain gives players the free will to make any decision they want, while dramatically affecting the story with each of those choices. Even if you make a judgment that leads to your characters death, it isn't game over, you will continue the story from another characters perspective.
